Special Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, scraped and diagonally sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. Chablis or other dry wine
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried whole dill weed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat, simmering for 10 to 12 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Yields about 6 servings.
