Pizza Dough And Breadsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour (all-purpose or bread)
1 cake (1 Tbsp.) yeast in 1 1/4 c. 85~ water
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine yeast, water, salt and sugar.
Add to flour and combine thoroughly.
Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Cover and let rise 1 to 2 hours; covered with damp cloth.
Punch dough down; divide in two equal parts.
Grease two 15 x 9 x 1-inch pans with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle cornmeal on pan.
Pat out dough in pan or roll out and place in pan.
