Ingredients

3/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. pepper
3 medium size cucumbers, sliced thin
2 small onions, sliced thin
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of water with all ingredients. Peel cucumbers and cut very thin slices.
Add to bowl and toss very well.
Refrigerate, covered, for at least 3 hours before serving.
