Beef Tips In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. tenderized boneless roast
1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 large onions
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (save liquid)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dry sherry or red wine
Preparation

Brown meat in oil.
Slice the onions in rings and cook with the meat.
Combine soup, sherry, garlic salt and liquid from mushrooms.
Pour over beef and onions.
Pour in mushrooms.
Let boil and then simmer for at least one hour.
