Delicious All-Day Chuck Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat on each side in a pot with oil.
    Remove meat; saute peppers and onions in pot.
    Return meat to pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer at least 3 hours, all day, if possible. Serve over noodles.
