Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 qt. sliced carrots, cooked
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; brown onion.
    Add soup, cheese and carrots.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture in greased casserole pan.
    Top with bread crumbs, optional.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
