Frozen Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. lemon zest
    3/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Blend berries, sugar and lemon until almost smooth.
    With blender running, pour in heavy cream.
    Puree about one minute. Serve immediately.
