Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 stick oleo or butter
1 pt. half and half or milk
1/2 onion
Preparation
-
Put hash browns in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 square pans. Put rest of ingredients in blender.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8 to 10.
