Sugar-Free Pineapple Cake And Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Cream milk powder and butter; add egg, pineapple juice and flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, dates and nuts.
    Stir into creamed butter mixture and mix well.
    Bake in an 8-inch square pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Top with Pineapple Topping.
