Fresh Apple Cake Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced, peeled apples
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 scant tsp. soda
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. half and half

Preparation

Mix together and boil 2 to 3 minutes; serve warm over cake.
