24 Hour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
4 stalks celery
2 medium onions
1 to 2 boxes thawed frozen green peas
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Layer in round, clear glass bowl in order listed:
lettuce (in bite size pieces), chopped celery, chopped onions, thawed peas and layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with sugar and Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
