Oriental Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayo
    4 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. powdered or fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together and let flavors blend for several hours in refrigerator.
    Serve with fresh veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, cucumber, mushrooms, carrots, celery and scallion).
