Special Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. French dressing
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. drained orange sections or pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. cold, fluffy rice
Preparation
    Combine dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mixing well. Combine chicken, celery, orange sections or pineapple and walnuts into a bowl.
    Stir in mayonnaise mixture.
    Then add rice and mix lightly with fork.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Serve on crisp lettuce.
    Make about 6 cups or 4 to 6 servings luncheon on entree salad.
