Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onions
2 cans chicken broth
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
5 oz. fine noodles
3 c. milk
8 oz. American cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onions in margarine until brown.
Add broth and bring to a boil.
Add broccoli and noodles.
Stir for 8 minutes while cooking until noodles and broccoli are done.
Add milk and cheese.
Stir.
Cook until cheese melts.
