Ruby Glazed Pork Roast(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork loin roast (3 to 4 lb.)
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. orange juice
    salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    Place roast in shallow Pyrex baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Pour lemon juice over it and cover. Marinate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight (refrigerated).
    Roast pork in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes per pound with marinade and uncovered. Heat cranberry sauce until melted, add brown sugar and orange juice; simmer until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly. Brush glaze on roast 1/2 hour before it is ready.
