Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cook raisins and water until tender (about 10 minutes). Add 1 teaspoon vinegar. Blend together sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to the mixture. Cook until thick. Pour in a unbaked pie shell. Cover top with crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
