Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. skinless chicken, pieces or chunked
    1 medium green/red bell pepper
    1 small onion
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 can chow mein noodles, warmed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Combine juice, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce.
    Blend well.
    Heat oil in wok or skillet.
    Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes. Remove chicken.
    Add pepper and onion.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add chestnuts and juice mixture.
    Cook, stirring, until boils and thickens.
    Add chicken and pineapple.
    Heat through.
    Serve over chow mein noodles.
