Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can whole green chiles
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Rinse chiles; remove seeds and place 1/2 of the chiles in a layer in a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with half of both cheeses; add remaining chiles and top with remaining cheese.
    Beat eggs, flour, milk and salt together until smooth.
    Pour over chili-cheese layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
