Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced or grated zucchini
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 to 1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    handful chopped parsley
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    wet ingredients well and add dry ingredients. Last 5
    minutes of baking, add 1 cup (or more) of grated Jack cheese. Bake
    35
    to
    40 minutes.
    Use an 8 x 12-inch greased pan.\tBake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 6 to 8.
