Chicken With Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken cutlets (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 medium zucchini (1/2 lb.), cut into thin strips
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
basil sprigs (for garnish)
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
In a large, nonstick pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook 2 chicken cutlets 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
Remove chicken to a large serving platter.
Keep warm.
Repeat with the rest of chicken.
