Christmas Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce (can use whole berry sauce)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    Stir together flour and water until smooth.
    Add to cranberry mixture. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Store ketchup in an airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with cream cheese and crackers.
    Pour over cream cheese. Yield:
    2 1/4 cups.
