Cauliflower-Ham Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    2 c. cubed cooked ham
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (1 c.)
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into pieces (about 4 cups); cook in salted water until tender and drain.
    Combine with ham and mushrooms.
    In medium saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk all at once and stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Add cheese and sour cream to sauce; stir until cheese is melted.
    Combine with vegetables and ham.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 6 servings.
