Pineapple Chicken(China) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts, cut small
    2 large cans chunk pineapple
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/2 bunch scallions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Add some water to the cornstarch; stir into paste.
    Set aside. Heat a wok.
    Add the oil, then the ginger, garlic and chicken. Fry them for a while, then add soy sauce, wine and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Fry for awhile, then cover the wok.
    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Uncover; fry a little more.
    Add the pineapple.
    Fry a little more.
    Add rest of sugar.
    Cook for 30 seconds.
    Add the scallions and fry awhile.
    At last, add the paste; cook for a few seconds until the paste is cooked.
    Serves 4 people.
