Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
bread
cinnamon
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla.
Dip one piece of bread in mixture, one piece at a time until all the mixture is used up.
Put in a heated skillet with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
When brown, turn over and sprinkle the other side with cinnamon.
Serve with maple syrup.
