Congealed Apple-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lime flavored gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped apples
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
    Add cold water, celery, apples and pecans to the gelatin. Chill until firm.
    Serves 6.
