Railroad Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14 oz.) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
dash of black pepper
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain well.
Combine remaining filling ingredients with meat mixture and pour into a 2-quart greased casserole.
