Dijon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. ham, chopped
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. dill pickles
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Set aside 1 cup flour. Mix remaining flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat mustard and butter to 130\u00b0. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough. Knead 4 minutes. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch. Sprinkle with ham, cheese and pickles. Fold in half and press edges. Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise 15 minutes. Brush with egg and bake at 375\u00b0 until golden.
