Garbanzo Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 to 2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a blender or processor and process until smooth.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Serve with tortilla chips or use as a sandwich spread.
