Corned Beef Egg Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/3 c. minced celery
2 Tbsp. minced green onions
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
2 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation

About 30 minutes before serving:
In medium bowl, mix well corned beef, celery, green onions, one egg and salt.
With hands, firmly shape mixture into 4 patties.
