Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard (salad)
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; stir in rice.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir with fork.
    Makes 5 servings.
