Country Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. quick oats
1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine sugar, butter and syrup.
Stir in eggs, vanilla and oats.
Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool. Makes one 9-inch pie.
