Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pears
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs on medium speed in large mixing bowl.
    Gradually add sugar and oil.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda.
    Add to egg mixture and mix well.
    Stir in pears and vanilla.
    (The batter will be stiff.) Spoon into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
