Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion and bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1/2 lb. grated American cheese or Velveeta
    1 bag taco-flavored Doritos
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper; drain.
    Add soups, beans and Ro-Tel; simmer until blended.
    Line bottom of large casserole dish with Doritos.
    Layer meat on top.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
