Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. tube sharp cheese
    6 oz. tube garlic cheese
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Slice or tear cheese into small pieces.
    Bring salted water to boil; slowly add grits.
    Bring to second boil, reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring.
    Add cheese and butter to grits, stirring until cheese melts.
    Pour into ungreased casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
