Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 lb. coconut
    2 or 3 drops almond extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; let stand in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Form small balls; chill overnight.
    Dip in melted Hershey bars or almond bark.
