Easy Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grate Cheddar cheese.
Brown meat and drain off fat.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
Stir in grated cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 (also good to use ham and Swiss cheese or sausage and cheese).
Also you can spray your pie dish with Pam and not use pie shell.
