Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli or 1 pkg. frozen
    2 c. small frozen onions (optional)
    4 Tbsp. butter (to be used in 2 Tbsp. portions)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 oz. sharp grated cheese
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli in 1-inch pieces.
    Cook until tender.
    Cook onions until tender.
    Melt 1/2 of the butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook to thicken.
    When thick, reduce heat and blend in cream cheese.
