Peanut Butter Creamy Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Gradually add milk and blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cook over low heat and stir 2 minutes longer. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into individual dessert dishes. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
