Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt to taste
    giblets, cut up and cooked
    6 eggs, boiled and cut up
    chicken broth
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add flour and salt.
    Stir until smooth. Add milk gradually and stir constantly until thickened.
    (Makes one cup white sauce.)
    Bring chicken broth to a boil, add chopped giblets and eggs.
    Add white sauce and cook until thick.
