When You Can'T Decide ... Stuffing Or Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. diced raw potatoes
    3/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. chopped celery and leaves
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Toss with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Bake in regular casserole dish or baking dish.)
