Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 egg
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients in order given. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased
    cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes. They will be spongy like a cupcake. Do not overbake.
