Jambalaya(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground seafood seasoning
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    1 c. diced ham
    1/2 lb. small shrimp, cleaned
Preparation
    In 2-quart glass baking dish, combine onion, green peppers, butter or margarine and seasonings.
    Cook on High 4 minutes or until tender, stirring one time.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until done, stirring three times. Let stand covered 5 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
