Ham Oven Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs or egg substitute
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham, torn into small pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.
    Add ham.
    Stir in cheese and onion. Pour into prepared dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
    Serves 4.
