Pumpkin Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. margarine
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/4 c. mashed pumpkin
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. thyme
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Put bouillon cubes in water to dissolve.
In medium size saucepan, cook onion in margarine until tender.
Remove from heat. Add flour; stir until dissolved.
Add milk; cook until thick sauce is formed, stirring constantly.
Add mashed pumpkin, water, chicken, salt, marjoram, thyme, nutmeg and pepper sauce.
Heat soup to serving temperature.
