Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (do not drain)
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Combine gelatin with water in large bowl, stirring until dissolved.
Fold in strawberries with juice.
Add drained pineapple, nuts and bananas, all at once.
Mix well.
Turn half of mix into a 12 x 8-inch dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Leave other out.
Spread top of first mix with sour cream.
Then spread on rest of strawberry mix.
Refrigerate.
