Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat bananas and butter until creamy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Add to banana mixture alternately with water, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spoon into a greased 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool.
    Makes 9 servings.
