Garlic Cheese-Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits, cook as directed on box
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter (or less)
Preparation
    Melt butter and cheese over low heat, then add to cooked grits. Beat eggs well,
    add in milk and add to grits mixture. Pour total mix into 2 1/2 casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
