Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    1 stick butter, softened
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Allow cheese and butter to soften.
    Mix with the rest of the ingredients, roll out and cut into French fries size strips.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
