Fresh Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 lb. fresh brisket
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    2 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Line roaster with foil.
    Place brisket into roaster.
    Mix catsup and water together; pour over brisket.
    Sprinkle onion soup over the top.
    Seal with more foil.
    Cool slow (325\u00b0) for about 2 to 3 hours or until done.
    Remove from pan; reserve sauce.
    Allow to cool.
    Cut off fat and slice brisket; place in baking dish. Pour sauce over top.
    Heat through before serving.
