Cornish Hens With Duck Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole Cornish hens
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 jar (18 oz.) apricot preserves
    1 jar (18 oz.) peach preserves
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic cloves, chopped
    Rice-A-Roni for stuffing (optional)
Preparation
    Bake hens at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
